Buena Vista University (BVU) hosted Halloween activities for local children on Monday, Oct. 29. Resident Life, Campus Ministry, and the BVU football team put on the activities.
The BVU football team led the children through residence halls where students had candy available. They were also taken to the basement of Swope Hall, where there was an age-appropriate haunted house.
The event is an annual occurrence, excluding the haunted house, which was new to this year’s activities. There were around 280 families that attended the event.
