Caitlin Hoffman | Student Senate President
Each week, Student Senate President Caitlin Hoffman will summarize what happens during Student Senate meetings. This is a condensed version of the meeting minutes.
Hope everyone enjoyed their spring break and got some rest to power through the rest of the semester! Here’s a follow-up from our meeting on Thursday, March 20th. As always, let any senators know if you have questions.
The Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) is continuing their work on obtaining gender-neutral bathrooms campus-wide. Secondly, they are still continuing their work on reconfiguring the Beaver’s Creed. These processes take time, but PAC is working hard to get them done and submitted!
Our proposals are still going well. The Student Activities Board (SAB) submitted a proposal to Student Senate and senators approved their work and will continue to work with them on configuring a design to submit. Stay tuned for more information on where this proposal might take us.
We’ll continue to work closely with the other areas to fine-tune and address them from all perspectives. One of which we need your help on… another survey to complete! Please take our survey here to help us better understand your perspective on the servery. Have you thought of anything you might want to see change on campus? Let us know!
