At the beginning of the semester, the Center of Diversity and Inclusion held a leadership retreat in Okoboji, Iowa. This multimedia piece includes the discussion with Senior Director for CDI, Joel Berrien, on leadership skills and with students at BVU who were able to attend the trip.
