Hi everyone! My name is Kirsten and I serve as your Vice President of the Student Senate. Caitlin missed this week’s meeting due to giving a presentation in Minneapolis at a conference so I’ll be offering commentary on this week’s meeting in her place!
April has arrived and the end of the school year will be here before we know it. Student Senate is already preparing for next year! We have collected nominations for the 2014-2015 Student Senate executive board and voting starts this week. Make your way to the info desk to cast your vote anytime between Tuesday the 8th and Friday the 11th at noon. Take advantage of this opportunity to give your input.

April 17th is the last day to register your BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) preference. Follow this link bvu.edu/BYOD to an online form. The process is simple and quick! This is something you don’t want to forget about. Take a few minutes to visit the tables set up outside of 2fix to look at the computer showcase. They have a great comparison of 4 different models of approved HP computers.
Psi-Chi (Psychology) National Honor Society requested allocation funding. We voted in favor of their funding request. This money will be used to send six students to present and attend a psychology conference in Chicago.
