The Buena Vista University (BVU) volleyball team took the court tonight against the Coe College Kohawks. They dropped the match 3-1 with scores of 12-25, 22-25, 25-21, and 11-25.
Freshman Maddie Bardole led the offensive effort with a total of 17 kills. Junior Taylor Salisbury led the team in digs with 22.
The Beavers now sit at 12-5 and 1-2 in the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. They take the court at Siebens Fieldhouse again this Thursday, Oct. 3 against Dordt College for a non-conference matchup. This game is a pink-out for Breast Cancer Awareness.
