Last year, as a sophomore, junior Faith Prichard won the Wendy C. Waugaman Women and Leadership Development Award which provides financial support to female students seeking to increase their leadership skills. As a junior this year, Prichard interviewed female Buena Vista University (BVU) alumni to find out how they became leaders in their fields.
